Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate program.

• Applicants must be active in church.

• Applicants must demonstrate financial need, academic excellence, community service and leadership.

Application Process:

2. Submit all required documents.

3. Volunteer for PHN CHARITY’S events.

4. Attend the prestigious 2025 PHN Scholarship Gala.

Failure to volunteer for events and attend the Scholarship Gala will result in disqualification. The deadline to submit a 2025 scholarship application is May 15, 2025.
